Frequency selection of induction heating equipment in quenching process
For the quenching of shafts and gears in heat treatment and the annealing of stainless steel products, taking quenching as an example: the shallower the quenching layer of the workpiece, the higher the frequency should be, and the deeper the quenching layer, the lower the frequency should be. If the quenching layer is:
0.2-0.8mm suitable for 100-800KHZ ultra-high frequency and high frequency
1.0-1.5mm suitable for 40-50KHZ high-frequency and Ultrasonic Frequency
1.5-2.0mm suitable for 20-25KHZ Ultrasonic Frequency
2.0-3.0mm suitable for 8-20KHZ Ultrasonic Frequency and Medium Frequency
3.0-5.0mm suitable for 4-8KHZ Medium Frequency
5.0-8.0mm suitable for 2.5-4KHZ Medium Frequency
