Main applications and characteristics:

Annealing (tempering and modulation):
1. Annealing of various stainless steel products,such as stainless steel basin, annealed and extruded can, stainless steel tube, tableware and cup.
2. Annealing of various other metal work pieces,such as golf ball head, hardware copper fitting, aluminum radiator and various aluminum products.

Due to the adopting of our third generation inverting control technology,   These series machines are characterized not only with high power and high frequency up to 500KHZ output, but also with high reliability .
Main characteristics:
1, With high frequency up to 500KHZ~1.1MHZ, the quenching thickness can be controlled lower than 1mm, and very thin and tiny parts can be easily heated.
2, IGBT and Inverting technologies of third generation been used; Higher reliability and lower maintenance cost.
3, 100% Duty cycle, continuous working is allowed at maximum power output.
4, Constant current or constant power status can be selected accordingly to achieve higher heating efficiency;
5, Display of heating power and heating current and oscillating frequency;
